Heihachi tekken 3 series#
Jab: Heihachi performs his 10-hit combo jab from the Tekken series similar to Kazuya's.Thanks to Heihachi's weight, he even has slight super-armor with these versions of his special attacks. Special-Input Specials:Like Ryu, Ken, Terry and Kazuya, if Heihachi's specials are given the exact input as they have in his actual games, then his specials will increase in power and knockback. Multi-Directional Attacks: Being a representative of the Tekken series, Heihachi has access to multi-directional attacks these act as secondary tilts for him. As a Mishima, he shares this with Kazuya.
A notable example is the Crouch Dash, where Heihachi crouches and slightly dashes forward, allowing him to close distance easier and use easy to follow up attacks. Heihachi gains Kazuya's gimmicks from Smash. However, if this is the case, Heihachi isn't entirely defenseless, as he does share the same gimmicks that his son Kazuya has in the actual game. However, he can be overwhelmed by agile fighters, or ones that can counter out his hard-hitting attacks. Similar to fighters such as Ryu, Ken, Terry and Kazuya, Heihachi faces the opponent the entire time, no matter what direction they are to him. Heihachi is slightly heavier than Kazuya due to weighing more and being older, but this doesn't hinder his playstyle too much. Heihachi, like his son Kazuya, is a heavyweight fighter who relies on brutal strikes and hard-hitting attacks to defeat their opposition. But enough about what I think of him, let's talk about how he would play. I don't have too much of an opinion on Heihachi, but I will say he was incredibly annoying to fight in the earlier Tekken games (especially 1, 3 and 4). He's practically the mascot of the franchise, so it's surprising how they chose Kazuya over him. If I was to be honest, I'm surprised he was the one who wasn't chosen to be the Tekken representation.
